The Belgian healthcare market is consolidating, with a few large groups active across multiple sectors (pharmacies, nurses, elderly care homes) becoming increasingly prominent. Corilus has a strong pipeline of projects with these corporate customers. Serving them requires a dedicated and professional project management approach.


By introducing this expertise, our Product Management and Software Engineering teams can remain focused on their core activities, while project manager ensures:

  • Active management of customer relationships
  • Creation and follow-up of structured project plans
  • Professional reporting for both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Organization of internal and external steering committees
  • Proactive identification of risks and implementation of mitigation actions
  • Creating business analysis of the desire solution

Challenge?

As Software Project Manager, you will take ownership of those strategic projects. While the functional analysis is largely documented by our product team, the main challenge lies in ensuring the execution and roll-out within the agreed timeline. You will act as the central link between Corilus, the client, and internal product teams, ensuring smooth communication, clear governance, and strong delivery focus.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage scope, budget, and timeline throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Set up and maintain project reporting and status reporting to stakeholders. and externally to the customer.
  • Organize and lead steering committee (steerco) meetings. Prepare internal and external steerco meetings with clear status updates, risk and escalation overviews, and decision points for C-level stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder management across customer and Corilus teams. 
  • Identify risks and manage escalations proactively.
  • Align roadmaps between Corilus and the customer to ensure strategic fit.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Management Team to secure high-quality deliverables
  • Creating business analysis and/or optimizing existing documentation

Profile?


  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in software project management and business analysis
  • Strong knowledge of scope, budget, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with ERP or enterprise software implementations; experience as a project manager in an external consultancy/implementation partner for corporate clients is a strong plus;
  • Knowledge of pharmacy software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French, with proficiency in English strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to motivate and align teams.
  • Strong influencing skills: able to build trust and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders, even without formal authority.
