To further support our growth and ensure the best possible employee experience, we are looking for a People Partner who wants to help us build a future-ready HR strategy.

Challenge?

As People Partner, you will be the go-to person for employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You translate our HR strategy into impactful actions and ensure smooth execution of hard HR processes. 


 Concretely, this means you will:

  • Act as SPOC for all matters related to onboarding, development, and offboarding.
  • Actively contribute to Compensation & Benefits: from benchmarking and maintaining salary bands to supporting annual review processes.
  • Coordinate payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Support compliance and audit processes, ensuring quality and consistency in our HR policies.
  • Use data and analytics to generate insights: you analyze turnover, absenteeism and other indicators, translating them into concrete improvement actions.
  • Contribute to the implementation and optimization of HR tools (HRIS, LMS) and processes, with a strong focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted sparring partner for managers and employees, providing pragmatic and solution-oriented advice.

Profile?


  • Brings solid HR experience, with strong knowledge of Comp & Ben, payroll, and Belgian labor law (specifically PC200 or similar).
  • Has a data-driven mindset and easily translates HR data into actionable insights.
  • Balances strategic vision with a hands-on approach: you are methodical, practical, and able to bring ideas to life.
  • Possesses strong empathy and organizational awareness, quickly building a solid understanding of our culture and dynamics.
  • Builds trust-based relationships with stakeholders, relying on expertise and credibility.
  • Approaches challenges with a customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset, engaging in clear and efficient dialogue across all levels.
  • Communicates in an authentic, transparent and fluent way.
  • Works autonomously, follows up on commitments, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Is flexible and adapts easily to changing circumstances.
  • Has an affinity with the IT sector.
  • Has excellent command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of French and Dutch is a strong asset.
