We are looking for a Medior Quality Engineer with a strong passion for software quality in the broadest sense. From improving product reliability and user experience to reducing operational overhead for customers, support teams, and developers alike. You will be part of a cross-functional product team, collaborating closely with the product manager, developers, operation engineers, and the support squad to continuously raise the bar for quality.

Challenge?

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated tests (functional, integration, regression, and performance).
  • Define and improve quality processes within the development lifecycle (CI/CD, code reviews, deployment validation).
  • Act as a quality advocate, ensuring that quality is embedded from design through release.
  • Analyze and optimize how quality improvements can ease workloads for end users, support teams, and developers.
  • Participate in requirements analysis to ensure clear, testable acceptance criteria.
  • Proactively identify and report potential risks or product issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring, alerting, and release processes.
  • Prepare, maintain, and version-control test data across different environments to ensure realistic and reliable test scenarios. 

Profile?


  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer, QA Automation Engineer, or Software Engineer in Test.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for building reliable, maintainable, and user-friendly software.
  • Familiar with modern QA methodologies, tools, and testing frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, and French is a plus.
