First introduction

Once we have made an initial selection based on your CV, we will give you a call for a first introduction.

First meeting

Next, you will be invited for an interview with your future manager. During this conversation, we will get to know you better and assess whether you are a good fit for the team.

Depending on the position, we may also organize a skills test or an interview with the team leader. This way, we can make sure that you are the right person we are looking for.

HR-meeting

Every candidate also has an interview with HR. During this conversation, we explore your personality and motivation..

Contractproposal

PIf you fit well within the team and we believe you have the right skills, you can expect a contract offer from us. Do we agree? Then there is only one thing left to say: Welcome on board!
