Challenge?

As our Internal Operations Coordinator, you are the "glue" that holds our hardware lifecycle together. You will bridge the gap between our Purchasing team, our Hardware Specialist, and our Teamleads to ensure our medical professional customers receive perfectly prepared equipment on time.

  • Stock Management: You take full ownership of our hardware stock across three locations (GMB, Gent, and Houthalen). You are physically based in GMB, but you manage the digital overview and flow for all sites.
  • Staging & Preparation: You coordinate and participate in the "staging" process—ensuring workstations and medical hardware are pre-configured, updated, and ready for immediate use.
  • RMA & Quality Control: You manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process from start to finish, ensuring defective gear is handled efficiently and customer downtime is minimized.
  • Process Optimization: You don’t just follow the flow; you improve it. We want someone who takes initiative to make our logistics and internal services more efficient.
  • Operational Support: You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves. While you coordinate the big picture, you also jump in operationally to get the job done.
  • Internal Collaboration: You act as the key point of contact for the Purchasing team (what’s coming in?) and the HW Specialist (what should we be selling?).

Profile?


  • Organized & Proactive: You are a natural coordinator who loves structure and takes the lead before problems arise.
  • Hardware Affinity: You have a solid grasp of IT hardware. You don't need to be a Senior System Engineer, but you should be comfortable with workstation configuration and peripheral setups.
  • Logistics Mindset: Experience in stock management or internal logistics is a major plus.
  • Communicative: You can talk "tech" with the specialists and "business" with the purchasing team.
  • IT Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Windows environments and networking (to ensure staged devices connect correctly) is required.
  • Hands-on Mentality: You enjoy a role that combines administrative coordination with physical, operational work.
  • Reliable: Since you manage stock across multiple sites, accuracy and digital discipline are second nature to you.
  • Language: Fluent in French with conversational proficiency in English.
