As a Customer Development Executive, you are responsible for driving growth within Corilus’s existing customer base of healthcare professionals. You work closely with established clients, acting as a trusted commercial partner, combining consultative selling with a strong understanding of medical workflows to maximize value, adoption, and long term revenue.

Challenge?

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of existing healthcare professional customers such as GPs, nurses, physiotherapists, and dentists.
  • Identifying and executing upsell and cross sell opportunities across the Corilus software portfolio.
  • Translating customer needs and practice workflows into tailored account growth strategies.
  • Achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets for customer expansion.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for strategic discussions around software optimization and expansion.
  • Presenting and demonstrating additional modules and features, clearly articulating ROI and business value.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Collaborating closely with acquisition, customer success, implementation, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Providing structured customer feedback and market insights to product and development teams.

Profile?


  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer development roles.
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts through upsell and cross sell activities.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a customer focused mindset.
  • Affinity with software solutions and the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Structured and organized, with a strong focus on results and follow up.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical software, or SaaS is a plus, but not required.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus.
