As a Customer Development Manager, you are responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth within Corilus’s existing customer base of healthcare professionals. You act as a strategic partner for customers, combining strong commercial leadership with a deep understanding of healthcare workflows to maximize value, adoption, and long term relationships.

Challenge?

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing healthcare professional customers such as GPs, nurses, physiotherapists, and dentists.
  • Driving upsell and cross sell opportunities across the full Corilus software portfolio.
  • Developing and executing structured account growth strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for customer expansion.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions around software optimization, expansion, and long term collaboration.
  • Conducting regular business review meetings with customers to assess satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Presenting and demonstrating additional modules and features, clearly articulating ROI and value propositions.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Collaborating closely with acquisition, customer success, implementation, marketing, support, and training teams to ensure a consistent and high quality customer experience.
  • Sharing structured market insights and customer feedback with product and marketing teams.

Profile?


  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer development roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving upsell and cross sell targets and growing existing accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a strategic and customer centric mindset.
  • Ability to understand complex software solutions and translate them into clear business value for customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Structured, organized, and results driven, with strong pipeline and account management discipline.
  • Comfortable working independently while acting as a key collaborator across internal teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical software, or SaaS is a plus, but not required.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, good knowledge of French is a plus.
