Challenge?

As People Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner for business leaders, translating business goals into effective people strategies. You will support managers and teams throughout the employee lifecycle while contributing to a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture in a fast-evolving SaaS environment.


• Act as a trusted advisor to our leadership on all people-related topics (performance, development, engagement, well-being)

• Translate business strategy into practical HR initiatives and people plans

• Support leaders in talent management, succession planning, and organizational design

• Drive performance management and continuous feedback processes

• Coach our leaders in people management, change management, and employee relations

• Partner with HR colleagues on topics such as compensation, learning & development, and recruitment

• Analyze people data and trends to proactively support decision-making, identify risks, and spot opportunities

• Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with labor legislation

Profile?


  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a People Business Partner or similar HR role, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or scale-up environment
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to balance people and organizational needs
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret people data (e.g. engagement, performance, turnover) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Solid knowledge of Belgian labor law (international exposure is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
  • Open to travel one day per week to another Corilus location
