We are looking for a hands-on Financial Analyst to support the CFO, the Business Controllers and the FP&A in driving financial performance. This role will focus strongly on revenue analysis, margin insights, and business performance monitoring, while also providing support in ad hoc projects and data visualization to enable effective decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and enjoys turning data into actionable insights.

Challenge?

  • Financial planning, reporting, and business partnering activities
  • Perform detailed revenue, pricing, and margin analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop clear and impactful visualizations and dashboards in Power BI to monitor business performance and KPIs
  • Assist in monthly closing activities and enhance our monthly reporting
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and project support (e.g., pricing initiatives, new product/business case reviews, efficiency improvements)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, validate assumptions, and deliver actionable insights
  • Contribute to budget, forecast, and long-term planning processes with a strong focus on revenue drivers
  • Support the implementation of tools, automation, and process improvements within the finance function

Profile?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CFA a plus)
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, transaction services or FP&A
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a particular focus on revenue and margin dynamics
  • Experience in a growing SaaS environment is a strong plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong skills in Power BI (or other BI tools) for visualization and reporting
  • Experience with ERP is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex financials for non-finance stakeholders
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating across functions and contributing to continuous improvement
