Next, you will meet the hiring manager. During this discussion we will explore your experience in more detail and how your skills relate to the position and the challenges of the role.
Final interview
Depending on the position, the final step may include a conversation with the head of the department, a member of the team, or a C-level leader. This step helps us confirm the overall fit and alignment.
Offer
If everything goes well and we believe you are the right person to join our team, we will present you with an offer.
