Customer Support Engineer
About Corilus
Corilus is the leading provider of digital solutions for healthcare professionals in Belgium, with over 30 years of experience building software for doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and care coordinators. Today, we serve more than 70,000 healthcare professionals.
We are now at an inflection point. Following the acquisition of Sofia Dévelopement in France and backed by PSG and Rivean Capital, we are consolidating our portfolio into a unified, AI-native platform that will redefine clinical software across Belgium and France.
We are looking for builders — people who see the gap between what healthcare software is today and what it could be, and who want to close it.

In the longer term, you will also deliver webinars and training sessions to pharmacists on how to use our software. From our office in Ghent, you contribute to delivering professional and reliable support within an innovative healthcare environment.

In the longer term, you will also provide training sessions, through webinars, group sessions, and individual coaching, to pharmacist customers regarding the use of our pharmacy software.
Through analysis and research, you continuously strive to expand your knowledge in order to deliver a professional and high quality service.
