About the Role

As a Medior Software Engineer C# & .NET, you play a key role in a complex, challenging, and people-focused environment. You contribute to the development of impactful solutions used by healthcare professionals, working alongside product managers, designers, and fellow engineers. You take ownership of your work, actively contribute to technical discussions, and help shape scalable and reliable systems.

Challenge

• Collaborate within a Scrum team consisting of Software Engineers and Product Owners in an Agile environment.

• Be responsible for developing new applications, as well as improving and maintaining existing ones.

• Translate functional analyses into technical analyses and support the analyst in validating technical specifications.

• Write technical documentation and support the creation of functional documentation.

• Bring solid professional experience in cloud development with .NET and provide technical support to junior developers.

• Work and interface with development teams across different regions.

Profile

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (version 8 or higher).

• Experience with AWS and scalable cloud architectures.

• Experience developing high-performance Web/API applications.

• Ability to translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications.

• Motivation to share knowledge and help build a collaborative team culture.

• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or MS SQL.

• Experience with Docker, REST, microservices, Angular, or React.

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development environments.

• Comfortable communicating in English (French is a plus).

• Experience working in multi-site environments.
