About the Role
As a Customer Support Engineer, you are the trusted point of contact for our customers within the nursing home sector. With an open mindset toward technology and an affinity for healthcare, you professionally guide customers in the use of our software solutions.
Challenge
You provide first line and second line support to customers.
You perform thorough problem analysis and identify targeted solutions.
You deliver training sessions to customers through webinars, group sessions, or individual coaching.
You continuously expand your own knowledge to ensure a high quality level of service.
Profile
You preferably have a background as a nurse or experience within the nursing home sector.
You are customer focused, empathetic, and resilient under pressure.
You work in a structured and independent manner and know how to prioritize effectively.
Experience with CareConnect Into.Care or CareConnect Care & Admin is considered a plus.
You handle confidential information with discretion.
You speak fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
