About the Role
As a Service Operations Specialist, you act as a senior technical resource who advises, implements, and maintains specialized IT solutions for customers. You combine presales support, project leadership, 3rd line troubleshooting, and internal knowledge sharing. You bridge the gap between sales and delivery by translating customer needs into workable solutions aligned with Corilus's strategic direction.
Challenge
You will take ownership of technical presales and solution design, lead Proof of Concept activities, coordinate and deliver projects, provide 3rd line support, and maintain thorough documentation. You will also perform software and database migrations following established procedures. Occasional on-site interventions at customer locations are part of the role. Beyond your own work, you actively share knowledge by training colleagues and customers on new products and technologies, and you keep an eye on market trends to ensure Corilus stays ahead.
Profile
You bring a strong System Engineer foundation and are ready to take the next step into a specialist role.
You have solid experience with Windows environments, server and workstation configuration, and network infrastructure.
You are knowledgeable in networking and security including firewalls, switching, and wireless networks.
You have hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
You have strong SQL skills and are comfortable with database deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and migrations.
You have a commercial mindset and naturally think along with customers to propose solutions that fit their needs.
You are bilingual at minimum: English combined with Dutch or French.
Fluency in all three languages is a strong plus. You are willing to travel to customer sites when needed.
Experience in the medical sector is a plus but not required.
