About the Role
As a Medical Secretary Product Specialist, you act as the senior expert for the Ringphone products, combining in depth product knowledge with a strong understanding of customers and their needs. You take ownership of knowledge sharing, both towards customers and internal colleagues, and serve as the key point of contact for complex issues.
You play a central role in supporting customers in the correct use of the products, assisting colleagues in carrying out their responsibilities, and providing input to continuously improve products and processes.
Challenge
You take ownership of product knowledge and act as the central point of contact within the organization:
• Acting as the Single Point of Contact for the Ringphone products, channeling and resolving complex questions
• Supporting customers to ensure they use the products correctly and optimize their operations
• Supporting internal colleagues in carrying out their tasks and responsibilities
• Creating and maintaining procedures and processes in collaboration with the Medical Secretary Manager and Team Leads
• Developing documentation and organizing knowledge transfer and coaching sessions for colleagues
• Preparing and delivering customer training sessions
• Supporting pre sales activities, including giving product demonstrations
• Guiding consulting projects from preparation through to execution
• Handling and resolving second line customer questions and issues
• Analyzing recurring problems and implementing structural solutions
• Correctly following security guidelines and reporting incidents
• Continuously staying up to date with technological developments and sharing knowledge within the team
• Handling calls as an operator in order to maintain close connection with the day to day operations
Profile
You combine a strong customer oriented mindset with analytical skills and product expertise:
• Experience in a customer focused or administrative role, preferably within a medical or operational environment
• Strong ability to analyze problems and understand cause and effect relationships
• Ability to integrate information and translate it into clear solutions
• Solution oriented mindset and the ability to act proactively in unexpected situations
• Team player who contributes to collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Strong customer focused attitude with an emphasis on quality and service
• Motivation to continuously develop yourself further
Technical skills
• Strong knowledge of Ringphone products at third line support level
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with scheduling systems and customer management systems
Language skills
• Fluent in Dutch
• Good knowledge of English and French
